For Apple's request of forbidding Samsung's smartphone flagship products in the United States on August 31, South Korea's Samsung accused Apple of trying to constraint consumer's choice.

After wining the infringement lawsuit on August 24th, Apple sued Samsung again for infringing on Apple's patents on August 31th in San Jose, California federal district court, demanded to add "Galaxy S3", "Galaxy Note" and other hot models onto the infringement list, and tried to halt Samsung's "infringing" equipment sales in the U.S. market.

Samsung released a statement condemning Apple to stop the sales of "Galaxy S3" models.

"Apple continues to win  the market competition by means of litigation and attempts to limit consumers' choice." Samsung said in a statement.
