The STMicroelectronics TDA2822 is dual-channel monolithic power amplifier integrated circuit while the UTC TDA2822 is a monolithic integrated audio amplifier in a 8-Pin plastic dual in line package. It is designed for portable cassette players (WALKMAN), tape recorders and multimedia speaker audio amplifier. Because of the features like simple circuit, good sound quality and wide voltage range, it can work on the stereo and bridge amplification (BTL).
