Description

The NCP565D2T /NCV565 low dropout linear regulator will provide1.5 A at a fixed output voltage or an adjustable voltage down to 0.9 V.The fast loop response and low dropout voltage make this regulatorideal for applications where low voltage and good load transientresponse are important. Device protection includes current limit, shortcircuit protection, and thermal shutdown. NCP565D2T Features • Ultra Fast Transient Response (1.0 s)• Low Ground Current (1.5 mA at Iload = 1.5 A)• Low Dropout Voltage (0.9 V at Iload = 1.5 A)• Low Noise (28 Vrms)• 0.9 V Reference Voltage• Adjustable Output Voltage from 7.7 V down to 0.9 V• 1.2 V, 1.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V Fixed Output Versions.
