Description

High frequency complementary transistors allow increasedcircuit bandwidth, attaining dynamic performancenot possible with previous precision FET opamps. The OPA627 is unity-gain stable. The OPA637is stable in gains equal to or greater than five.Difet fabrication achieves extremely low input biascurrents without compromising input voltage noiseperformance. Low input bias current is maintainedover a wide input common-mode voltage range withunique cascode circuitry.The OPA627/637 is available in plastic DIP, SOICand metal TO-99 packages. Industrial and militarytemperature range models are available.
